Golfers Lose A Lot of Golf Balls

Think about how many golf balls disappear during a normal round of golf.

They're hit into rough, trees, bushes and water hazards every single day at golf courses around the world.

Many of those balls have barely been used.

A brand-new premium golf ball can be hit off the first tee, find a hazard a few minutes later and effectively disappear from the game.

That's where the ReUsed golf ball industry comes in.

Recovering Golf Balls

Golf balls are recovered in large quantities from golf courses before entering the ReUsed golf ball supply chain.

From there, they can be collected, cleaned and sorted rather than simply being left where they were lost.

We source ReUsed golf balls in large quantities before bringing them into our own operation to be processed and prepared for sale.

And that's where a lot of the work begins.

Sorting Thousands of Golf Balls

When golf balls arrive with us, they don't conveniently turn up separated into neat boxes of Pro V1s, TP5s and Chrome Softs.

They have to be processed and sorted.

We're dealing with different brands, models, generations, colours and conditions.

Even two balls that both say 'Pro V1' aren't necessarily the same.

Titleist regularly updates the Pro V1, for example, which is why we go further and separate many of our premium golf balls by model and year.

The aim is simple: you should know what you're buying.

Every Ball Is Graded

Once the golf balls have been sorted, their condition also needs to be assessed.

That's where our grading process comes in.

Our team grades balls based on their cosmetic condition so customers can choose the balance between appearance and price that works for them.

Our best-condition Mint balls are for golfers who want a ball that looks as close as possible to new.

Our Grade A balls offer another option for golfers who don't mind some additional signs of previous use in return for a lower price.

The important thing to remember is that these are ReUsed golf balls.

Why ReUse Golf Balls?

Premium golf balls aren't cheap.

Losing a brand-new Tour ball that costs several pounds after three holes isn't particularly enjoyable.

ReUsed golf balls give golfers another option.

You can play premium models from brands such as Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway and Srixon without necessarily paying brand-new prices every time you refill your bag.

It also means that perfectly usable golf balls get the opportunity to be played again rather than being forgotten after their first owner lost them.

From Lost Ball to Your Golf Bag

A golfer originally bought the ball. They played it. At some point, they lost it.

It was recovered, entered the ReUsed golf ball supply chain and eventually made its way to us.

We then processed, sorted and graded it before sending it back out onto a golf course with its next owner.
